For 12 years, Pioneers 21, has been at the forefront of helping to develop and nurture a culture of innovation in the region. Our mission is to unleash the creative and economic potential of El Paso and the US Mexico border. There is still a need for strong entrepreneurial activities to cultivate our bi-national ecosystem. The economic challenge of our city requires that we continue to encourage innovation and startup creation that will grow high wage jobs and keep successful companies in the region. Our work and enhanced programming allows us to build a robust pipeline of next-gen entrepreneurs. We provide support for high-growth business development and innovation.
