PIONEERS 21 VENTURE MENTORING SERVICE
Established in March 2022, P21 Venture Mentoring Service (VMS) is a free and confidential team mentoring service licensed by MIT Venture Mentoring Service for entrepreneurs in the Borderland region. We help startups and small businesses access expert mentors to help build their ventures.

REQUIREMENTS AND COMMITMENTS
- Must be based in the Borderland region.
- You want to validate a new business idea, build and launch a new business, or scale an existing business
- Be honest, open, and transparent about your venture
- Maintain effective and timely communication
- Be able to attend VMS meetings and provide program reporting documents as needed
- Willing to commit to a sustained relationship to P21 VMS
- Committed to building your venture in El Paso, Texas

Our mentors are experienced and respected entrepreneurs and business professionals who are inspired to help build up our community. Every mentor is vetted and trained based on our program guiding principles.
